On August 29th, 2006, at San Antonio Oeste, Río Negro, was carried out the first meeting to promote the pilot experience “Agreement to supply raw material to local restaurants”
This experience implies the organization of the seafood supplying from artisanal fishermen to local restaurants during the Summer, using the Artisanal Fishing Terminal to guarantee quantity and quality of the provisions
Attended to the meeting artisanal fishermen, preserved food industry and restaurants representatives, scientists from the IBMP and FVSA staff members.
